Aside from having a Will Young appreciation day with my Mum, and welcoming Alyson home with baby Tanaya, today was a nice quiet day (unless you count finding the book "Super Aussie Soaps" which not only lists every Aussie soap ever, but has TWO pictures of Tina T) and so, we only have one thing to say...



December 15th is Collette across the ocean day. On that day, we hope to somehow (someway) get 20 websites to expressly mention Collette, the late 80s-early 90s queen of trash pop magic here in Australia, in some way, shape or form. If we get 20 websites to mention her, we here at the Pop will sponsor a child in Africa through the World Vision program, a child that we pick who has some musical ability, thus tying in with Scatman Johns vision of a better world AND the Scat Aid program. To be honest, I have no idea if we'll get 20 websites, we might get 2...we'll fix you up with a lovely copy of "Who Do You Think You Are", the trash pop epoch of 1990, for review purposes.

This is a serious thing, in the spirit of Christmas, and in the spirit of Collette! If we have to hassle you, we will, but give generously, it's one website entry, so little Mbwele can play the joanna! In the mean time, here's a nice picture of the gay midget in SayYeah...
